Upcoming scholarship sessions

Earn thousands of dollars from external scholarships to help support you in your graduate studies.

  • Graduate Scholarship Information Session: Join the SGPS finance team for tips on filling out effective award applications to earn thousands towards your graduate studies. Tuesday, September 18 at 2 p.m. in the Gordon Willey Building, Room G213 (Dining Room). Register on the SGPS website.
  • The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) is hosting webinars on awards in health research. Register and participate via the CIHR website.

Social Insurance Number (SIN) Clinic

  • Service Canada will be on campus for a Social Insurance Number (SIN) Clinic on Thursday,  August 30 and Thursday, September 6. Both clinics will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Business and Information Technology Building (UB) Atrium. Apply for your SIN or ask any questions you may have about their services. Check the Service Canada website for required documents.
