Money matters

  • Need help with your research proposal for scholarship applications? Some of our graduate students who have won external awards have provided copies of their research proposals for your reference. SGPS thanks them for providing these samples of winning proposals for other students to learn from.
  • Tips from Student Awards and Financial Aid (SAFA): Always apply for the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP). Many variables when assessing your OSAP and eligibility to receive funding could change from year to year. Also, make sure your winter semester course load matches what's on OSAP—if not, this will delay release of second semester funding. Make updates with the SAFA office. Learn more on the SAFA website.
